The meeting will take place from October 23, to October 24 at noon.

The nights of 22^nd and 23^rd-24^th of Octoberf will be taken in charge for active Eurel correspondents and contributors to the meeting and conference. People needing an extra night would have to communicate directly with the hotel and expect an approximate rate of 65 euros per night.
